TODAY IS THE DAY!
In just one hour, people across New Mexico will begin gathering for the Statewide Day of Prayer for Life.
After weeks of planning, prayer, churches coming together, the Knights stepping forward, and communities across the state preparing to gather.
There is something beautiful about seeing people of faith come together with one heart and one purpose. We may come from different churches, communities, and backgrounds, but when we stand together in faith, prayer becomes our shield.
There is a strength that comes when God’s people refuse to be discouraged and choose instead to pray, trust, and stand together. When we make prayer our first response, we become difficult to divide and even harder to discourage. Not because of our own strength, but because we know where our strength comes from.
That is what I want us to celebrate this morning: the beauty of New Mexicans coming together in faith and the incredible power of a people united in prayer.
AND OUR VERY SPECIAL GUEST IS HERE!
This morning in Las Cruces, we have the tremendous blessing of welcoming Dr. John Bruchalski.
His remarkable story of conversion is a beautiful reminder of why we pray. God still changes hearts. His mercy is greater than our sin, and conversion is always possible.
Having had the opportunity to get to know him through our conversations these past several days, I can tell you this: he is a man on fire for God. You will not want to miss hearing him personally.
And yes, we will have breakfast burritos, drinks, and shade waiting for you! Come pray, spend time together, hear from Dr. Bruchalski, and celebrate what God is doing as people across New Mexico gather together.
