22 Campaigns. 11 Years. Countless Prayers. One Faithful God.
Today marks the conclusion of our 22nd 40 Days for Life campaign! Since 2016, faithful men and women have answered God's call twice a year, standing in prayer for mothers and their unborn children through scorching heat, freezing mornings, and countless hours of sacrifice.
And in this campaign, we have an especially beautiful reason to celebrate. FIVE precious babies saved from abortion! Five mothers who chose life, and five families whose stories have been forever changed! Praise God!
Throughout these 40 days, we've prayed outside abortion facilities, marched together in faith, gathered for Mass, welcomed new volunteers, and shared a wonderful evening watching Gimme Shelter. We've also opened the doors of Guiding Star Southwest, introducing you to the dedicated people whose compassion and service help mothers embrace life with confidence and hope.
I think about the many faces I've seen over the years. Some have been with us since the beginning, while others joined us for the first time this campaign. Some faithfully stand on the sidewalk, while others offer their prayers from home. Every one of you has contributed something precious, and I am deeply grateful.
We may never know this side of Heaven how many hearts were changed or how many lives were touched by your prayers. But God knows.
As we close this campaign, I want to personally invite you to take the next step and join our 365 Days for Life initiative.
The abortions don't stop after these 40 days, and neither should our prayers. Imagine the difference we could make if each of us committed to just one hour of prayer each week! We need your continued presence, and I pray you'll consider making this commitment.
I would also love to see you at our Closing Rally on November 6, where we'll share a meal, celebrate God's blessings, honor the wonderful volunteers who have given so much throughout this campaign, and learn more about the new 365 campaign!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for walking these 40 days with me. Your faithfulness and love for these mothers and babies are such a blessing. I thank God for each of you and pray that He blesses you and your families abundantly. What a privilege it is to serve Him together!

Devotional for Day 40
Intention: For every mother, child, and volunteer touched by these 40 days of prayer.
Scripture: "Well done, my good and faithful servant." Matthew 25:21
Reflection: Our efforts may seem small, but nothing offered to God in love is ever wasted. Faithfulness means trusting Him with what we cannot see.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the blessings of these 40 days. May the seeds planted through our prayers and sacrifices continue to bear fruit. Give us the courage to persevere in Your service. Amen.
