For life in Las Cruces.

I hope many of you had the chance to watch Mark Cavaliere’s video. His message was a powerful reminder of the beauty of motherhood and why moments like this matter so much for our community.

Tomorrow we gather for what I truly believe will be a historic moment for Las Cruces.

For weeks, people across our region have been praying, inviting others, sharing messages, and standing faithfully on the sidewalk. Tomorrow is the day when all of those prayers and efforts come together.

I want to encourage each of you to prepare your hearts and make plans to attend.

With God’s help and the voice of the people, this building will not become a place where innocent lives are ended, but rather a place that serves the families of Las Cruces and welcomes new life into this beautiful City of the Crosses.

Tomorrow, we stand together for mothers and their children in faith, hope, and love.

Devotional for Day 25

Intention:
For courage, peace, and unity as our community prepares to stand together for life.

Scripture:
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
Exodus 14:14

Reflection:
Before moments of great witness, God often invites His people to pause and remember that the work ultimately belongs to Him. Tomorrow we will gather, but tonight we entrust everything to the Lord. Our prayers, our presence, and our efforts are simply our offering. God is the one who moves hearts and opens the path forward.

Prayer:
Lord, we place tomorrow in Your hands. Guide every step, protect every person who gathers, and let truth and compassion be present in every moment. Strengthen our faith and remind us that You are always at work. Amen.

Challenge:
Tonight, before you go to bed, place the rally in God’s hands. Offer a short prayer for the mothers, babies, families, and leaders of our community who may be impacted by this moment. Then Pray Psalm 51 for Dr. Theard.
