A message from Virginia for the people of Las Cruces.
I received a message from Mark Cavaliere that I wanted to pass along to all of you.
Even though he moved in December, he has been in the loop and following everything that has been happening here. When he heard about the rally this Saturday, he wanted to send a message to encourage our community.
From his new hometown in Virginia, he recorded this short video for the people of Las Cruces.

Mark’s message is a reminder that this Saturday is our community's moment to stand together for life.
For weeks, people across our region have been praying, inviting others, and spreading the word. Now the moment is here. This rally is an opportunity for our community to stand publicly for life and to show that the people of Las Cruces, El Paso, and the surrounding region care deeply about protecting mothers and their children.
If you have been following these emails, praying during the 40 Days for Life vigil, sharing the videos, or inviting others, this Saturday is the moment when all of those efforts come together.
The more people who stand together, the clearer the message will be.

Devotional for Day 22
Intention:
For courage and unity in our community as we prepare to stand together for life.
Scripture:
“Encourage one another and build one another up. ”1 Thessalonians 5:11
Reflection:
Encouragement strengthens faith. When we support one another through prayer, presence, and simple words, we remind each other that we are not standing alone. God often uses that unity to give us the courage to keep moving forward.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the people You place around us to encourage and strengthen us. Help our community remain united in truth and love. Give us courage to stand faithfully for life and to support one another along the way. Amen.
Challenge:
Take a few minutes today to pray for the people who may come to protest the rally on Saturday. Ask God to soften hearts and fill the day with peace. Pray Psalm 51 for Dr. Theard.
